Romania achieved victory over Germany.

Romanian troops secured Bucharest, captured or dispersed the main German detachments around the capital, and helped make the August 1944 realignment militarily irreversible. Holding the city before full Soviet occupation also let the coup appear as a Romanian military and political act rather than a purely Soviet liberation.
